2. How the game stores data

Terminal 13 saves your career (day reached, records, endings, streaks, settings) in your browser's local storage, under a key the game owns, on your device. It is not transmitted, synchronized or backed up by us. Clearing your browser data for the site erases it — that is the only way it can be erased, and only you can do it.

3. What we never do

• We do not collect, sell or share personal data from the game.
• We do not use the game to advertise to you or profile you.
• We do not request device permissions (camera, microphone, location).
• We do not embed social buttons or trackers inside the game.

4. Third-party hosting and platforms

If you play on a portal other than games.toolify.studio (for example a games-distribution platform), that platform may apply its own privacy policy and measurement technologies around the page. Those are governed by the platform's terms, not this policy. The game itself still stores everything locally.

5. Children

The game contains no account creation, no purchases and no communication features. It is a single-player browser game with a moody, non-graphic atmosphere (no gore, no jump scares — dread comes from wrong details).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR/CCPA-style frameworks, your rights here are simple to exercise: all your data is already yours, on your device. To export it, back up your browser's local storage. To delete it, clear site data or use the in-game NEW ROTATION flow for a fresh start.

7. Changes to this policy

If the game ever gains a feature that changes this (for example a leaderboard), this page will be updated with a new effective date before the feature ships.
