Terms of Service

1. The short version

Terminal 13 is a free browser game. There is no account, no purchase and no login. Play it as much as you like. Don't cheat, don't redistribute it as your own, and don't use it to break anything. Your progress is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device.

2. The game and the service

"Terminal 13" (the game) runs entirely in your browser. "Gamify" (games.toolify.studio) is the portal that hosts and links the game. Together these are "the Service", operated by Gamify.

3. Playing

• The Service is provided free of charge, as-is, for personal entertainment.
• You need no account. Saving uses your browser's local storage; clearing it erases your career.
• You may play on any device you own. The game works on desktop and mobile browsers.

4. Fair conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse the hosting infrastructure.
• Do not remove, obscure or alter branding, credits or licensing notices.
• Automated scraping of the Service beyond normal use is not permitted.

5. Your content

The only text you ever type is the officer name on your badge. It stays in your browser's local storage on your device. It is never uploaded, and we never see it.

6. Intellectual property

Terminal 13 — its code, art, procedural portrait system, documents, audio, story and text — is © 2026 Gamify. Vesper International Airport, its airlines, nations and documents are fictional; any resemblance to real institutions is unintended. The game may embed third-party open-asset libraries (fonts, sounds) under their own licenses; see the in-game manifest. You may link to the game freely. You may not host, sell or rebrand it without written permission.

7. Third-party platforms

If you arrived through a third-party portal (for example a games portal or app store), that platform's own terms also apply to your use of their service. Gamify's terms cover the game itself.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or retire features at any time (the terminal, after all, was supposed to close in 2019).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamify is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service. The stakes are fictional. Detaining a fictional passenger is not a legal act.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued play after changes means acceptance.
